喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效和安全性观察

摘　　要：目的 分析喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床价值。方法 82例秋季腹泻患儿,根据均衡原则分为对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,研究组患儿采用喜炎平注射液治疗。对比两组患儿的治疗效果、症状缓解时间、住院时间、不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患儿止泻时间、退热时间、呕吐缓解时间、住院时间分别为(2.39±0.62)、(2.18±0.54)、(1.87±0.46)、(5.04±0.93)d,均短于对照组的(3.28±0.74)、(3.42±0.69)、(2.59±0.53)、(6.67±1.04)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿不良反应发生率为2.44%(1/41),低于对照组患儿的14.63%(6/41),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗总有效率为97.56%(40/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著,可快速缓解患儿临床症状,加快康复进程,且药物安全性理想,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea.Methods A total of 82 cases of infantile autumn diarrhea were studied and divided into control group and research group according to the principle of equilibrium,with 41 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and children in the research group were treated with Xiyanping injection.The therapeutic effect,symptom relief time,hospitalization time,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The antidiarrheal time,antipyretic time,vomiting relief time,and hospitalization time in the research group were(2.39±0.62),(2.18±0.54),(1.87±0.46),and(5.04±0.93)d,which were all shorter than(3.28±0.74),(3.42±0.69),(2.59±0.53),and(6.67±1.04)d in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 2.44%(1/41),which was lower than 14.63%(6/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the research group was 97.56%(40/41),which was higher than 80.49%(33/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection has significant efficacy in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea,and can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms and accelerate the rehabilitation process with high drug safety,which has the value of clinical promotion.
