甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效及对相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析异位妊娠在临床治疗中用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮的效果和对相关指标的影响。方法 98例异位妊娠患者,随机分为参照组及观察组,各49例。参照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗。比较两组治疗后相关指标[人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮、雌二醇、黄体生成素]水平及并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组β-HCG(1182.15±50.08)IU/L、孕酮(4.12±0.86)nmol/L、黄体生成素(3.14±1.35)IU/L低于参照组的(1384.62±51.27)IU/L、(6.58±0.81)nmol/L、(3.75±1.56)IU/L,雌二醇(83.14±22.18)pmol/L高于参照组的(56.32±14.27)pmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为16.33%,与参照组的24.49%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮能尽快消除胚胎包块,让相关指标趋向正常,药物作用良好,可提高疗效,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and its influence on related indexes.Methods A total of 98 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into reference group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with methotrexate combined with mifepristone.The related indicators[blood human chorionic gonadotropinβ(β-HCG),progesterone,estradiol,luteinizing hormone]after treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,theβ-HCG(1182.15±50.08)IU/L,progesterone(4.12±0.86)nmol/L,and luteinizing hormone(3.14±1.35)IU/L in the observation group were lower than(1384.62±51.27)IU/L,(6.58±0.81)nmol/L,(3.75±1.56)IU/L in the reference group;the estradiol(83.14±22.18)pmol/L in the observation group was higher than(56.32±14.27)pmol/L in the reference group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 16.33%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with 24.49%in the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone can eliminate the embryonic mass as soon as possible,make the related indexes tend to normal,and improve the curative effect with high safety,which is worth popularizing.
