马来酸桂哌齐特联合盐酸异丙嗪治疗急诊眩晕患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 通过将马来酸桂哌齐特和盐酸异丙嗪联合治疗急诊眩晕患者,分析其治疗的效果。方法 60例急诊眩晕患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者单独使用马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合盐酸异丙嗪治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和症状(眩晕、出汗)改善时间。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的眩晕改善时间(3.20±0.05)d、出汗改善时间(2.10±0.04)d明显短于对照组的(6.16±1.12)、(4.36±0.97)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 联合使用马来酸桂哌齐特和盐酸异丙嗪,可以显著缓解急诊眩晕患者的各种症状,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of cinepazide maleate combined with promethazine hydrochloride in the treatment of emergency patients with vertigo.Methods A total of 60 emergency patients with vertigo were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with cinepazide maleate alone,and patients in the observation group were treated with promethazine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and symptoms(dizziness,sweating)improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate 93.33%in the observation group was higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vertigo improvement time(3.20±0.05)d and the sweating improvement time(2.10±0.04)d in the observation group were significantly shorter than(6.16±1.12)and(4.36±0.97)d in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of cinepazide maleate and promethazine hydrochloride is safe and effective on emergency patients with vertigo,and can significantly relieve various symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
