摘 要:目的探讨在妇产科研究生的培养中,采取网络教学结合翻转课堂并轨制度教学模式的应用效果。方法将2018年1月—2020年12月内蒙古医科大学附属医院妇产科及内蒙古自治区人民医院2018、2019、2020级的60名妇产科研究生随机分成观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组应用常规研究生培养模式,观察组则采取网络教学结合翻转课堂的并轨式培养模式,对比两组研究生课题教学后理论知识考核情况、研究生学习效果自评情况与研究生满意度情况。结果课题教学完成后,两组研究生理论知识考核成绩均较入组时提高,且观察组成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组研究生在学习兴趣、学习效率、学习时间与掌握内容各学习效果自评得分上显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组研究生96.67%的满意度高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将网络教学结合翻转课堂并轨制度模式用于妇产科研究生的培养中,可以提高研究生理论知识水平及学习效果,同时提高其满意度,值得参考。Objective To explore the application effect of online teaching combined with the teaching model of the multi-rail system teaching model in the cultivation of online teaching.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,60 postgraduates of obstetrics and gynecology from the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University and the People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2018,2019 and 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group applied the conventional postgraduate training mode,while the observation group adopted the combined training mode of online teaching combined with flipped classroom,and compared the theoretical knowledge assessment,postgraduate learning effect self-assessment and postgraduate satisfaction of the two groups of postgraduates after the project teaching.Results After the completion of the project teaching,the theoretical knowledge examination scores of the two groups of graduate students were improved compared with those of the group,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Postgraduates in the observation group scored significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of learning interest,learning efficiency,learning time and learning effects(P<0.05).96.67%of the postgraduates in the observation group were more satisfied than 80.00%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of online teaching and flipped classroom integration system model in the training of obstetrics and gynecology postgraduates can improve their theoretical knowledge level and learning effect,and improve their satisfaction,which is worth reference.
