摘 要:以氧化石墨烯浆料对环氧富锌涂料进行改性,探究了氧化石墨烯添加量和锌粉含量对涂层耐腐蚀效果的影响。结果发现,氧化石墨烯对增强涂层的耐腐蚀性有良好的效果,在涂料中添加0.3%的氧化石墨烯浆料可以将锌粉含量从原来的80%降低到60%,所得涂层的耐中性盐雾时间超过1 200 h,附着力为0级。A zinc-rich epoxy paint was modified by graphene oxide slurry.The effects of the dosages of graphene oxide and zinc powder on anticorrosion performance of the coating were studied.The results showed that graphene oxide had a good effect on corrosion resistance of the enhanced coating.The content of zinc powder in the paint could be reduced from 80%to 60%by adding 0.3%of graphene oxide slurry,and the coating obtained had a 0-grade adhesion and was durable for at least 1200 hours in neutral salt spray test.
