摘 要:针对聚氨酯面漆低温固化时附着力差的问题,选取不同涂料厂家的面漆在不同温度下进行干燥时间测试,对比了涂层系统低温固化后的附着力,并且针对出现附着力问题的聚氨酯面漆进行了低温固化后的弯曲试验、耐冲击性试验和光泽测量。结果显示,当固化温度在-5℃以下时,固化时间延长,面漆柔韧性下降,即使后期恢复至室温固化,面漆性能也无法达到常温固化的水平。Aiming at the poor adhesion of polyurethane topcoat cured under low temperature,the drying time of different paint suppliers’topcoats was tested at different temperatures,and the adhesion of the coating systems cured under low temperatures were compared.The bending test,impact test,and gloss measurement were carried out for the polyurethane topcoat with poor adhesion.The results showed that when the curing temperature was below−5℃,the curing time needed to be prolonged,and the flexibility of the topcoat was decreased.Even though the topcoat was placed from low temperature to normal temperature at the later stage of curing,its properties could not be restored to normal.
