摘　　要：针对工程机械传动箱现有喷涂工艺繁杂、生产周期长、耗能大等问题,提出了不同的改进方案,最终选择具有耐油、防锈和装饰效果的多功能涂料,使工艺流程缩短,能耗降低,生产周期缩短,综合成本减少。Aiming at the problems including complicated procedure,long production cycle,and high energy consumption existing in the current painting process for transmission box of construction machinery,different improvement schemes were proposed.A multifunctional coating with oil-resistant,rust-proof,and decorative properties was selected.Therefore,the comprehensive cost of painting was reduced as shown by simplified process flow,decreased energy consumption,and shortened production cycle.
