摘 要:针对电网薄弱的城郊和偏远农村供电线路长、馈线末端电压偏低的问题,提出一种基于光储系统协调的控制策略以抬升配电网末端线路电压。该策略中的分布式光伏发电系统通过光伏侧DC/DC变换器实现最大功率点跟踪(Max Power Point Tracking,MPPT)和限功率相结合的控制,使光伏所输出的有功功率能有效进行电压补偿而避免过电压;储能系统通过储能侧双向DC/DC变换器实现对光伏波动功率的平抑,使光储系统为配电网提供稳定的电压支撑;在光储系统输出有功功率有限的情况下,采用无功协同调压策略,以提高光储系统的调压能力。最后,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,验证所提协调控制策略的可行性与有效性。Aiming at the problem of long power supply lines and low voltage at the end of the feeder in the suburban and remote rural areas with weak power grids,a coordinated control technology based on the photovoltaic-storage system is proposed to raise the line voltage at the end of the distribution network.The photovoltaic system realizes the maximum power point tracking control(MPPT)and the limited power control through the photovoltaic side DC/DC converter,so that the voltage can be compensated by the output active power of the photovoltaic system effectively and the overvoltage can be avoided as well.The energy storage system can smooth the photovoltaic fluctuation power through the bidirectional DC/DC converter on the energy storage side,so that the photovoltaic-storage system can provide stable voltage support for the distribution network.When the output active power of the photovoltaic-storage system is limited,the reactive power cooperative voltage regulation strategy is adopted to improve the voltage regulation ability of the photovoltaic-storage system.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed coordinated control strategy is verified using Matlab/Simulink simulation platform.
