摘 要:互联网和物联网技术的快速发展让现场设备实现远程校准成为可能。目前,远程量值传递与溯源的实现方法主要有三种途径:一是采用传递标准表的方式进行现场校准;二是将标准表放置于现场;三是计量标准器在实验室通过互联网对现场仪表进行远程校准。研究计量仪器远程量值传递与溯源方法,利用互联网和物联网技术建立起计量仪器的远程量值传递与溯源系统,不仅能解决附加误差难以测量的问题,保证计量数据的准确可靠,还能提高校准效率和便捷性。本文提出切实可行交流数字电压表远程校准方案,通过对远程校准数据进行计量比对分析,验证交流数字电压表远程校准数据的准确、可靠性,对计量实验室开展远程校准具有一定的指导意义。With the rapid development of Internet and Internet of Things technology makes it possible to achieve remote calibration of on-site equipment.At present,there are three main ways to realize the remote value transmission and traceability:the first is to carry out on-site calibration by transmitting standard instruments;second,the standard instruments is placed on the site;The third is the IOT remote calibration of on-site instruments by utilizing the standard measuring instrument in the laboratory.In this paper,a method of remote measurement value transfer and traceability of measuring instruments is proposed,and the remote measurement value transfer and traceability system of measuring instruments is established by using Internet and Internet of things technology,which can not only solve the problem that additional errors are difficult to measure,ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement data,but also improve the efficiency and convenience of calibration This paper proposed a feasible remote calibration scheme of AC digital voltmeter.T The accuracy and reliability of the remote calibration data of AC digital voltmeter are verified by the measurement comparison and analysis of the remote calibration data,which has certain guiding significance for the remote calibration of metrology laboratory.
