摘 要:针对传统驱鸟装置启停功能判断准确率较低,且驱鸟响应速度较慢的问题,构建基于改进模糊小波域的架空输电线路鸟害应急响应模型。引用改进模糊小波域算法,改善极端天气下图像识别的误差兼容问题。根据架空输电线路实时监控采集的图像数据,提取图像的深层次特征,采用多尺度目标识别模型对鸟害进行网格化识别。根据识别结果启动应急响应模型,对鸟害进行距离判断后,开启声波驱鸟装置。经实验分析,在架空输电线路鸟害识别任务中,该模型准确率可以达到98.75%,识别速度达到56frame/s,可以精确实时地识别出架空输电线路周围的鸟害数目,并验证了该模型在极端天气影响下具有较强鲁棒性,可以保障架空输电线路的安全、稳定运行。Aiming at the problems that the judgment accuracy of the start-stop function of the traditional bird repellent device is low,and the bird repellent response speed is slow,an emergency response model for overhead transmission lines based on improved fuzzy wavelet domain is constructed.The improved fuzzy wavelet domain algorithm is cited to improve the error compatibility problem of image recognition under extreme weather.According to the image data collected by the real-time monitoring of overhead transmission lines,the deep-level features of the image are extracted,and the multi-scale target recognition model is used to identify the bird damage by grid.According to the identification results,the emergency response model is activated,and after judging the distance of the bird damage,the sonic bird repelling device is turned on.Through experimental analysis,in the task of bird damage identification of overhead transmission lines,the accuracy of the model can reach 98.75%,and the recognition speed can reach 56 frame/s.It can accurately identify the number of bird damage around overhead transmission lines in real time,and the model is verified It has strong robustness under the influence of extreme weather,and can ensure the safe and stable operation of overhead transmission lines.
