摘　　要：目的考察胶态二氧化硅对盐酸莫西沙星片的影响。方法通过改变胶态二氧化硅的用量、改变胶态二氧化硅的过筛目数、改变胶态二氧化硅的混合时间,制备不同盐酸莫西沙星片。通过对比总混颗粒的粉体性质、片剂的溶出。综合评价胶态二氧化硅对盐酸莫西沙星片影响。结果胶态二氧化硅的用量、胶态二氧化硅的过筛目数、胶态二氧化硅的混合时间均会对盐酸莫西沙星片质量造成影响。结论提高胶态二氧化硅的用量,减小筛网的孔径,增加混合的时间,均会提高总混颗粒的流动性及可压性,提高片剂硬度,减小片剂的脆碎度,并能加快片剂的崩解,提高溶出速率。Objective To investigate the effect of colloidal silica on Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets.Methods Different Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets were prepared by changing the dosage of colloidal silica,the sieving mesh number of colloidal silica,and the mixing time of colloidal silica.By comparing the powder properties of the mixed granules and the dissolution of the tablets.Comprehensive evaluation of the effect of colloidal silica on Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets.Results The amount of colloidal silica,the sieving mesh number of colloidal silica,and the mixing time of colloidal silica will all affect the quality of Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets.Conclusion Increasing the amount of colloidal silicon dioxide,reduce the pore size of the screen,and increasing the mixing time will improve the fluidity and compressibility of the mixed granules,increase the hardness of the tablet,and reduce the friability of the tablet,and can accelerate the disintegration of the tablet and improve the dissolution rate.
