摘 要:阻尼器是高速旋转设备的重要组成部件,是高速旋转设备的重要减振部件。高速旋转设备的工作条件苛刻,需在真空条件下进行高速旋转工作。阻尼器注油过程是零部件制备的重要工艺环节。基于此,主要分析不同弯管角度和不同注油管出口形状的阻尼油流动状态,以提高注油效率,得到洁净度高的阻尼油。结果表明,在环境条件相同且注油管弯管角度一定的条件下,油嘴呈扇形时最容易产生流体飞溅,而采用锥形油嘴可有效防止流体飞溅。Damper is one of the important components of high rotation equipment, it is an important damping component of highseed rotating equipment. Due to the harsh working conditions of high-speed rotating equipment, it needs to rotate at high speed under vaccum, so the oil filling process of damper is the key process of parts preparation. Based on this, the flow state of damping oil with different elbow angles and different outlet shapes of oil injection pipe is mainly analyzed, which is helpful to improve the oil injection efficiency and obtain the highest cleanliness of damping oil. The results show that when the environmental conditions and oil injection speed are the same, and the angle of the elbow of the oil injection pipe is certain, the fan-shaped oil pipe is easy to produce fluid splash, and the conical nozzle can effectively prevent fluid splash.
