摘　　要：随着科学技术的高速发展,可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)越来越广泛地应用于工业、科研等领域。采用中达优控三菱PLC触摸屏一体机作为核心控制器,当智能浴室开始工作时,控制系统会根据规定的水压控制出水量,并根据适宜人体的水温、室温、搓洗力道实现自动洗浴。设计的控制系统对人体位置的感应采用光电式红外线传感器,全身自动清洁装置使用压力传感器,温控使用PLC的模拟量读取模块。该控制系统便于老年人操作,具有节约用水、成本低、易于维护以及稳定性强等特点。With the rapid development of science and technology, Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) control technology is more and more widely used in industry, scientific research and other fields. Zhongda Youkong Mitsubishi PLC touch screen allin-one machine is used as the core controller. When the intelligent bathroom starts to work, the control system will control the water output according to the specified water pressure, and realize automatic bathing according to the water temperature, room temperature and scrubbing force suitable for the human body. The photoelectric infrared sensor is used for the induction of human body position, the pressure sensor is used for the whole body automatic cleaning device, and the analog reading module of PLC is used for temperature control. The control system can facilitate the operation of the elderly, and has the characteristics of water saving, low cost, easy maintenance and strong stability.
