摘　　要：水电站双向门机门架结构尺寸大、自重大以及制造工艺复杂,需要在门架制造过程中采用科学、合理的拼焊工艺和组装方法,确保双向门机门架制造质量达到设计要求。结合实际工作经验,介绍水电站双向门机门架制造的主要工艺技术措施,可为双向门机门架制造提供参考。The two-way gantry crane structure of hydropower station has large external dimensions, self weight and complex manufacturing technology. It is necessary to adopt scientific and reasonable welding process and assembly method in the gantry manufacturing process to ensure that the manufacturing quality of the two-way gantry crane can meet the design requirements.Combined with practical work experience, this paper introduces the main technological measures for the manufacture of two-way gantry crane gantry of hydropower station, which provides valuable reference for the manufacture of two-way gantry crane gantry.
