摘　　要：在水电站工程建设中,泄洪系统金属结构制造的质量控制是十分重要的一环,对总体施工质量具有重要意义。泄洪系统金属结构是水电站工程的重要组成部分,其中金属结构制作与安装关系到后续运营的稳定性和使用寿命。结合水电站泄洪系统金属结构制作经验,介绍泄洪系统金属结构的制作方法,详细阐述金属结构制作的质量控制要点,确保工程建设质量达标。In the construction of hydropower station, the quality control of metal structure manufacturing of flood discharge system is a very important link, which is of great significance for the overall construction quality. The metal structure of flood discharge system is an important part of hydropower station project. The fabrication and installation of metal structure are related to the stability and service life of subsequent operation. Combined with the experience of metal structure fabrication of flood discharge system in hydropower station, this paper introduces the fabrication method of metal structure of flood discharge system, and expounds in detail the quality control points of metal structure fabrication, so as to ensure that the quality of project construction meets the standard.
