摘　　要：设计了一种双齿轮输出进给箱安装工艺。在进给箱安装前,精确测量进给箱结合面的配铣量,配铣加工完成后进行安装,使双输出齿轮与齿条的啮合处于理想状态,提高了机床的工作精度与稳定性。A double gear output feed box installation technology was designed. Before the installation of the feed box, the sharpness of the feed box joint surface is accurately measured, and the installation is carried out after the completion of the iron processing, so that the meshing of the double output gear and rack is in an ideal state, and the working accuracy and stability of the machine tool are improved.
