民歌味道说--以黎歌为中心的艺味论品察

摘  要:“以味论艺”是中国重要的文艺学传统,以之品察民歌具有重要的美学价值。当前对民歌的品读亟须拓展新路径,重视“食材”(方言)、“调料”(润腔)、“烹饪手法”(行腔)等重要“酿味”因素的作用。民歌的演唱亟待“脱谱”以接续口头文化表现,就像地方小吃不用书面文化的菜谱、更不用知道化学分子式一样。民歌味道还要关注“民歌烹调人”的“文化身份”问题,尊重而不是贬低“民间”文化身份的价值,并通过民歌启发“局外人”对差异身份的向往与体验。民歌味道说丰富了中国音乐美学,以“异味”和“泼辣”补充了中国传统音乐的“中和”,以“即兴”生动了中国当代音乐的“规范”。"Discussing art through taste" is an important literary and artistic tradition in China,and it has important aesthetic value to examine folk songs.At present,it is urgent to expand new ways to appreciate folk songs,and attach importance to the role of such important "brewing flavor" factors as "ingredients"(dialects), "seasonings"(embellishments),and "cooking techniques"(rendering of a tune).The singing of folk songs urgently needs to be "without using music" to continue the oral cultural expression,just like the local snacks do not need to use the recipes of the written culture,let alone know the chemical formula.The taste of folk songs should also pay attention to the "cultural identity" of "folk songs cooks",respect rather than depreciate the value of "folk" cultural identity,and inspire "outsiders" to yearn and experience different identities through folk songs.The taste of folk songs also enriches the aesthetics of Chinese music,supplementing the "neutralization" of traditional Chinese music with "peculiar taste" and "spicy",and vividly living the "norm" of Chinese contemporary music with "improvisation".
