摘 要:稠油油藏具有储量丰富、物性差、黏度高的特点,经过多年的蒸汽吞吐技术开发,出现储层综合含水率提高、油汽比降低和汽窜等现象,导致开发效果较差,储层动用程度降低。因此研究不同影响因素对开发效果的影响,合理优化注采参数对超稠油油藏有效开发具有指导意义。通过对春10区块油藏地质条件的研究,运用正交试验法优化了蒸汽吞吐注采参数,结果表明:影响开发效果的因素显著性为注汽强度、水平段长度、油层厚度、产液速度、黏度、渗透率。运用数值模拟方法,对春10区块内的水平井注采参数进行优化、优选,确定出水平段长度50 m的注汽强度最佳范围21~25 t/(m∙d),最佳采注比0.8~1.2;水平段长度150 m的注汽强度最佳范围11~15 t/(m∙d),最佳采注比0.9~1.2。采用优化后的注采参数,采收程度提高4.81%,为春10区块进一步提高油气采收率提供理论依据。Heavy oil reservoirs have the characteristics of abundant reserves,poor physical properties,and high viscosity.After years of steam stimulation technology development,the comprehensive water content of the reservoir has increased,the oil-steam ratio decreased,and steam channeling have occurred,resulting in poor development effects,the degree of mobilization was reduced.Therefore,it is of guiding significance to study the influence of different influencing factors on the development effect and reasonably optimize the injection production parameters for the effective development of super heavy oil reservoirs.Through the study of the geological conditions of the reservoir in Chun 10 block,the injection production parameters of steam stimulation were optimized by using the orthogonal test method.The results show that the significant factors affecting the development effect are steam injection intensity,horizontal section length,reservoir thickness,fluid production rate,viscosity and permeability.Using the numerical simulation method,the injection production parameters of horizontal wells in Chun 10 block are optimized and optimized,and the optimal range of steam injection intensity of 50 m in the horizontal section is determined to be 21~25 t/(m·d),and the optimal production injection ratio is 0.8~1.2.The optimal range of steam injection intensity for horizontal section length of 150 m is 11~15 t/(m·d),and the optimal production injection ratio is 0.9~1.2.Using the optimized injection production parameters,the recovery is increased by 4.81%,which provides a theoretical basis for further improving oil and gas recovery in Chun 10 block.
