摘 要:自然破片战斗部装药与壳体之间的匹配关系对破片的形成起着至关重要的作用,破片的数量直接影响战斗部的毁伤威力。以某奥克托今(HMX)基浇注高聚物黏结炸药(polymer bonded explosive, PBX)炸药作为杀爆战斗部主装药,为研究主装药与壳体材料及厚度之间的匹配关系,建立简化缩比战斗部有限元模型,选取30CrMnSi、4340钢、45钢3种材质作为壳体材料,并设置每种壳体的厚度分别为5、5.5、6、6.5、7 mm,采用AUTODYN软件中的Stochastic随机破坏模型对自然破片战斗部的爆炸过程进行模拟。结果表明,当主装药浇注PBX炸药爆炸时,壳体厚度为6.5 mm的4340钢作产生的有效破片数量最多,为325个,并且有效破片占破片总数的比例较优,达到43.10%;其动能大于98 J的破片数量最多,为276个。研究结果可以为杀爆战斗部的设计提供一定理论支撑。The matching relationship between the charge and the shell of the natural fragment warhead plays a crucial role in the formation of fragments,and the number of fragments directly affects the damage power of the warhead.In order to study the matching relationship between the main charge and the shell material and thickness,a simplified scaled warhead finite element model was established with a certain HMX-based cast PBX composition as the main charge of the anti-explosive warhead.Three materials of 30CrMnSi,4340 steel,and 45 steel were set as the shell materials of the model,and the thickness of each shell was set to 5,5.5,6,6.5,and 7 mm,respectively.The Stochastic failure model in AUTODYN was used to simulate the explosion process of the natural fragment warhead.The results show that when the main charge of PBX explodes,4340 steel with a shell thickness of 6.5 mm produces the most effective fragments,which is 325,and the proportion of effective fragments in the total number of fragments is better,reaching 43.10%.There are 276 fragments with kinetic energy greater than 98 J.The research results can provide some theoretical support for the design of explosive warhead.
