摘　　要：种植用牙科钻头在手术前必须经过灭菌处理,制造商在其产品技术要求中也需要对钻头进行灭菌处理,然后对相关性能进行测试,要求灭菌前后产品的性能应达到要求。文章以一家厂商的产品(麻花钻)为例,主要研究该产品在使用周期中灭菌的热影响对其端刃切削性能的影响。Dental drill bits used for implantation must be sterilized before surgery,and manufacturers are required to sterilize the drill bits as part of their product technical requirements,and then perform performance tests to ensure that the performance of the product meets the requirements before and after sterilization.In this paper,the product of a manufacturer(twist drill)is taken as an example to study the effect of thermal effect of sterilization on the cutting performance of the end edge of the product during its service cycle.
