单相抑郁症患者各脑叶CT值的改变情况及与病程的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究单相抑郁症患者各脑叶CT值的改变情况及与病程的关系。方法:对2019年4月~2020年4月来本院就诊的74例单相抑郁症患者(观察组)及同期74例健康体检人群(对照组)进行CT检查,分析其病例资料。结果:比较两组脑叶CT值,观察组左右颞叶、左额叶与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。左额叶CT值改变与病程、年龄呈负相关(P<0.05)。左右颞叶CT值改变与年龄呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:单相抑郁症患者左右颞叶以及左额叶萎缩,其中左额叶变化与病程相关。Objective:To study the changes of CT values of cerebral lobes in patients with unipolar depression and the relationship between CT values and course of disease,objective:to study the relationship between CT values and course of disease.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,74 patients with monophasic depression(study group)and 74 healthy people(routine group)were examined by CT,and the data were analyzed.Results:CT values of cerebral lobes were compared between the two groups.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).CT value of left frontal lobe was negatively correlated with the course of disease and age(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between age and CT value of left and right temporal lobe(P<0.05).Conclusion:The left and right temporal lobe and left frontal lobe atrophy in patients with unipolar depression,the change of left frontal lobe is related to the course of disease.
