摘　　要：目的:对彩色多普勒超声检查对急性阑尾炎分型和指导治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法:纳入2018年1月~2019年1月本院接收的急性阑尾炎患者80例为观察对象,对所有患者进行多普勒超声检查,并进行手术治疗,以手术病理诊断结果为诊断金标准,对所有患者采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对病情分型诊断的准确率及对并发症诊断的准确率进行观察。结果:超声诊断对疾病分型具有较高的诊断准确性(P>0.05);超声检查并发症检出率为96.3%,具有较高的诊断准确率(P>0.05)。结论:在急性阑尾炎的诊断中运用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对疾病分型和并发症具有较高的检出率,有助于为疾病的后续治疗提供科学的指导作用,具有临床参考价值。Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of color Doppler ultrasound on the classification and guiding treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods:The subjects of the study were 80 patients with acute appendicitis who were accepted by our hospital between January 2018 and January 2019.All patients were examined by Doppler ultrasonography and surgical treatment was performed.The results of the surgical pathological diagnosis were used as the diagnosis.Standards:Observe the accuracy of the diagnosis of disease classification and the accuracy of the diagnosis of complications using color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic equipment for all patients.Results:Ultrasound diagnosis has a high diagnostic accuracy for disease classification(P>0.05);The detection rate of complications in ultrasound examination is 96.3%,which has a high diagnostic accuracy rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis has a high detection rate for disease classification and complications.It is helpful to provide scientific guidance for the follow-up treatment of the disease and has clinical reference value.
