超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的:论超脉冲二氧化碳(CO_(2))点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕的有效性和安全性。方法:将2017年11月~2019年12月到本院进行痤疮瘢痕治疗的50例病例设为观察组,选择2017年11月之前的50例痤疮瘢痕患者设为对照组,分别对两种患者通过超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光(观察组)和传统的皮肤磨削术(对照组)治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:①观察组的治疗总有效率明显比对照组更高(96.00%:78.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组的不良反应发生率明显比对照组低(4.00%:18.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组患者治疗后的VSS评分和ECCA权重评分改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④观察组治疗之后的触痛消失时间、皮肤红肿消失时间、皮疹消退时间和痊愈时间都明显比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对痤疮瘢痕患者治疗的时候应用超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光具有更高的临床疗效和安全性,能够有效地改善患者的相关症状表现,促进患者尽快恢复,是新时期有效、可行的治疗手段。Objective:To discuss the effectiveness and safety of ultra-pulse carbon dioxide(CO_(2))fractional laser in treating acne scars.Methods:From November 2017 to December 2019,50 cases of acne scar treatment in our hospital were set as the observation group in this article,and 50 cases of acne scar patients before November 2017 were selected as the control group.The two kinds of patients were treated with ultra pulse CO_(2) dot matrix laser(observation group)and traditional skin grinding(control group)respectively,and the treatment effects were compared.Results:①The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.00%:78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.00%:18.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);③The improvement of the VSS score and ECCA weight score of the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);④After treatment,the time of tenderness disappearance,skin redness disappearance time,rash disappearance time and recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrapulse CO_(2) fractional laser has higher clinical efficacy and safety when treating patients with acne scars.It can effectively improve the patient’s related symptoms and promote the patient to recover as soon as possible.It is an effective and feasible treatment in the new era.
