摘　　要：目的:构建医疗设备全流程质量控制体系。方法:根据医疗设备各项管理工作特点、整合各环节管理方案、构建了医疗设备全流程质量控制体系,将医疗装备管理流程划分为评估、采购、验收入库、使用、维修与维护、报废等六个环节,以专业化、系统化、信息化、综合化为原则进行管理改革,并对比实施改革方案前后设备故障发生例数,采购申请通过率,应急维修数,抽检合格率及患者满意度、不良事件和患者等候时间。结果:设备故障发生例数减少12例,采购申请通过率增加6%,应急维修数减少10例,抽检合格率增加7%,患者满意度增加8%。不良事件减少,等候时间减少。结论:医疗设备全流程质量控制体系可有效促进医疗设备合理使用与科学配置。Objective:To establish the whole process quality control system of medical equipment.Methods:In this study,according to every link of the management of medical equipment working characteristics,integrated management solution,build the whole process quality control system of medical equipment,medical equipment management process is divided into evaluation,purchasing,acceptance of put in storage,use,maintenance and maintenance,scrap,such as six links,with professional,systematic and informatization,integrated into the principle of management reform,and compared before and after the implementation of the reform equipment failure cases,purchasing application pass rate,the number of emergency repair,sampling percent of pass and patients’satisfaction,adverse events and patient waiting time.Results:The number of equipment failure cases decreased by 12 cases,the passing rate of purchase application increased by 6%,the number of emergency maintenance decreased by 10 cases,the passing rate of sampling inspection increased by 7%,and the patient satisfaction increased by 8%.Adverse events were reduced,waiting times were reduced.Conclusion:The whole process quality control system of medical equipment can effectively promote the rational use and scientific allocation of medical equipment.
