摘　　要：目的:应用定量磁化率技术对脑微出血(CBMs)进行定量分析,以探讨高血压与脑微出血的相关性。方法:收集经头MRI常规检查颅内存在CBMs患者94例,合并高血压患者56例,无高血压患者38例。所有患者均进行单回波3D TFE序列检查,经定量磁化率成像(QSM)后处理来获得所有感兴趣区域的磁化率值。结果:CBMs磁化率在高血压组(1.50±0.32)ppm明显高于无高血压组(0.75±0.19)ppm,差异有统计学意义,P<0.001。不同级别高血压组间CBMs磁化率比较F=262.125,P<0.001。组间两两比较均存在统计学差异。CBMs磁化率与收缩压、舒张压皆呈正相关,P<0.001。结论:高血压与脑微出血的发生、发展密切相关,通过QSM对CBMs的定量分析将对高血压患者急性脑血管事件的发生起到一定的预测及警示作用。Objective:Quantitative analysis of brain microbleeds by quantitative magnetic susceptibility technique to investigate the correlation between hypertension and cerebral microbleeds.Methods:94 patients with CBMs were enrolled for routin MRI examination,including 56 patients with hypertension and 38 patients without hypertension.All patients underwent single echo 3D TFE sequence examination and quantitative magnetic susceptibility map(QSM)postprocessing to obtain the magnetic susceptibility values of all interested areas.Results:The magnetic susceptibility of CBMs in the hypertension group(1.50±0.32)ppm was significantly higher than that in the non-hypertensive group(0.75±0.19)ppm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The magnetic susceptibility of CBMs between different levels of hypertension group was F=262.125,P<0.001.There were statistical differences between the two groups.The magnetic susceptibility of CBMs was significantly positively correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.001).Conclusion:Hypertension is closely related to cerebral microhemorrhage.Quantitative analysis of CBMs by QSM will play a certain role in predicting and alerting the occurrence of acute cerebrovascular accident in hypertensive patients.
