摘　　要：目的:研究排石床在上尿路结石ESWL治疗后患者排石中的效果。方法:本研究采取前瞻性研究,以2021年7月~2021年12月在本院进行治疗的80例上尿路结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,所有患者均采取ESWL进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合采取排石床进行治疗。比较两组患者的排石效果、术后排石疼痛及术后并发症之间的差异。结果:观察组患者的结石完全清除率(90.00%)显著高于对照组(72.50%),治疗后观察组患者的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者尿路感染、石街、肾血肿等情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:排石床在上尿路结石ESWL治疗后患者排石中的效果显著,术后排石疼痛轻,并发症少。Objective:To study the effect of lithotripsy bed in patients with upper urinary calculi after ESWL treatment.Methods:This study was a prospective study.80 patients with upper urinary tract stones treated in our hospital from July 2021 to December 2021 were taken as the research object.According to the principle of random grouping,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All patients were treated with ESWL.The patients in the observation group were treated with stone bed again.The stone removal effect,postoperative stone pain and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The complete stone clearance rate of the observation group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.50%).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The urinary tract infection,stone street and renal hematoma of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of lithotripsy bed in patients with upper urinary tract calculi after ESWL treatment is significant.The postoperative stone pain is less and the complications are less.
