腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿的临床效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析对良性卵巢囊肿患者采用开腹手术和腹腔镜手术进行治疗的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年2月本院收治的84例良性卵巢囊肿患者进行此次研究,按照双盲法对全部患者随机分组,其中接受开腹手术治疗的42例患者作为参照组,实施腹腔镜手术进行治疗的42例患者作为研究组,观察比较两组患者手术指标情况及总体治疗情况。结果:研究组患者的治疗有效率92.86%(39/42)、并发症发生率4.76%(2/42)、手术时间(51.9±4.6)min、术后排气时间(15.2±1.5)h以及住院时间(5.1±1.3)d均优于参照组患者的69.05%(29/42)、19.05%(8/42)、(68.2±7.4)min、(26.4±4.5)h、(8.5±2.2)d,各项对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对良性卵巢囊肿手术治疗患者,选取腹腔镜手术方案进行治疗,可优化手术指标,获得更为理想的治疗效果,还可以加快患者的术后恢复。Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical application effects of open surgery and laparoscopic surgery for patients with benign ovarian cysts.Methods:A total of 84 patients with benign ovarian cysts admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected for this study.All patients were randomly divided into groups according to the double-blind method,and 42 patients who received open surgery were used as the reference group,42 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery were used as the research group to observe and compare the surgical indicators and overall treatment of the two groups of patients.Results:The effective rate of treatment of patients in the study group was 92.86%(39/42),complication rate was 4.76%(2/42),operation time(51.9±4.6)minutes,postoperative exhaust time(15.2±1.5)hours,and hospitalization time(5.1±1.3)days were better than those of the reference group by 69.05%(29/42),19.05%(8/42),(68.2±7.4)minutes,postoperative exhaust time was(26.4±4.5)hours,hospitalization time was(8.5±2.2)days,and there were statistical differences between the comparisons(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing surgical treatment of benign ovarian cysts,laparoscopic surgery can be selected for treatment,which can optimize surgical indicators and obtain more ideal treatment results.It can also speed up the recovery of patients after surgery.
