摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏超声诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭的效果及对收缩压、舒张压水平的影响。方法:采用分组对照原则展开研究设计,研究时间为2020年1月~2022年2月,研究组对象为该阶段内在本院接受检查的36例高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者,健康组对象为同期来院接受体检的36例人员,指导所有患者接受心脏超声检查,分析两组患者各项检查结果的差异,并分析研究组患者不同病情程度间超声检查结果的差异。结果:对本次入组的患者进行检查,发现研究组患者与健康人群在心脏超声检测方面存在明显差异;随患者病情加重,其心脏超声检查结果存在明显差异,组间比较P<0.05。结论:在对高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者进行临床诊断检查时,采用心脏超声诊断方案,更有益于医师了解患者病变情况,提供针对性治疗指导意见。Objective:To investigate the effect of echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure and its effect on the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure.Methods:The research design was carried out using the principle of group control.The project initiation and termination time were from January 2020 to February 2022.The subjects of the research group were 36 hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy patients with left heart disease who were examined in our hospital during this period.The failure patients and the healthy group were 36 people who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period.All patients were instructed to receive cardiac ultrasonography.The differences in the results of various examinations in the two groups were analyzed,and the differences in ultrasonography results between patients in the disease group with different degrees of illness were analyzed.Results:The patients in the group were examined,and it was found that there were significant differences in cardiac ultrasonography between the patients in the study group and the healthy population;With the aggravation of the patient’s condition,there were significant differences in the results of cardiac ultrasonography,P<0.05 for the comparison between the groups.Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis and examination of hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure,the use of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis scheme is more beneficial for physicians to understand the patient’s lesions and provide targeted treatment guidance.
