盐酸安罗替尼致气胸1例

摘　　要：1例35岁男性患者,2020年11月诊断为骨肉瘤,2021年1月因肿瘤性病理性骨折使用甲氨蝶呤化疗12个周期,2021年12月因化疗效果欠佳改用盐酸安罗替尼胶囊(12 mg,qd)单药靶向治疗4个周期,此次因“胸痛3 d”于2022年3月入院诊治。3 d前患者突感胸痛,休息后缓解,1 d前胸痛加剧,伴呼吸困难。胸部CT示:左侧气胸、右侧液气胸。考虑为安罗替尼所致气胸。立即采取停药措施,行胸腔闭式引流术,予抗感染及对症治疗,1周后患者症状逐渐好转,气胸痊愈。A 35-year-old male patient was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in November 2020 and underwent 12 cycles of methotrexate chemotherapy due to pathological fracture of tumors on January 2021.And then 4 cycles of mono-target therapy with anlotinib capsules(12 mg,qd)was given to him on December 2021 due to poor effect of chemotherapy.He was admitted to the hospital in March 2022 due to chest pain for three days.Three days ago,he suddenly developed chest pain,which was relieved after rest and aggravated accompanied by expiratory dyspnea one day ago.Chest CT scan showed left pneumothorax and right hydropneumothorax,which was considered as pneumothorax caused by anlotinib.Anlotinib was stopped immediately.Closed thoracic drainage,symptomatic and anti-infection treatment were given to him.A week later,the patient's symptoms gradually improved and the pneumothorax healed.
