摘　　要：价值理性行动是马克思·韦伯提出一种社会行动类型划分,该理论工具不仅可用于社会学研究,也为本文提供了一种解释框架。从价值理性行动强调行动目标在价值上的自觉信仰这一理论基点而论,它与文创产业艺术法和知识产权课程思政要求的价值目标具有一致性。本文将论证价值理性行动和文创产业艺术法和知识产权课程思政的内核要求和价值目标的趋同性为核心,并以事实和经验为进路研究文创产业贯穿艺术法和知识产权课程思政的方法和途径。Value rational action is a division of social action types proposed by Marx Weber.The theory cannot only be used in sociological research,but also provide an explanatory framework for this paper.From the theoretical basis of value rational action emphasizing the conscious belief of action objectives in value,it is consistent with the value objectives required by the art law of cultural and creative industry and the ideological and political requirements of intellectual property courses.This paper will focus on demonstrating the core requirements and value goal convergence of value rational action and ideological and political education of art law and intellectual property courses in creative industry,and study the methods and ways of ideological and political education of art law and intellectual property courses in creative industry on the basis of facts and experience.
