摘  要:为对船舶蒸汽动力系统提供有效的设计方案验证手段,以模块化建模系统软件MMS和人机交互软件MMI为基础搭建动力系统虚拟设计分析平台,并以实测数据为基础对平台进行整定。通过与热平衡参数的比较,验证分析平台计算的准确性。再通过虚拟试验比较两种水位控制方案的效果。发现单通量控制方案和三通量控制方案均可实现蒸汽发生装置的水位控制,但三通量控制方案的液位波动小,稳定速度快,相较单通量控制方案更具有优势。In order to provide effective verification means for design scheme of marine steam power system,the modular modeling system software MMS and the man machine interface software MMI were used to establish a virtual-design analysis structure V-Das and set the platform based on the measured data.By comparing with heat balance parameters,the accuracy of V-Das was verified,and the effect of two water level control schemes was compared by virtual experiment.It can be found that both single-flux control scheme and three-flux control scheme can achieve water level control in steam generator,but the three-flux control scheme has small water level fluctuations and fast stability.It has more advantages compared with single-flux control scheme.
