摘  要:针对边际效应法无法解决战时蒸汽动力装置的库存优化问题,基于备件可持续性归一化值,改进已有的边际效应法。建立备件可持续性指标求解流程图,得到其归一化值;联合备件可持续值,改进边际效应法,并从解析的角度论证改进边际效应法的可行性;分平时和战时两种情况,以保障概率为约束条件,按采用边际效应法和改进的边际效应法,分别建立两种备件库存求解流程,求出所有保障要素的最低需要值;采用案例分析的形式,将两种方案计算结果进行对比分析,验证本文提出改进边际效应法的科学性和合理性。To solve the problem that the marginal effect method could not optimize the inventory of steam power equipment at wartime,the original method was improved based on the sustainable normalized value.The flow chart for the solution to sustainable indicators was established,the normalized value was obtained.Then the marginal effect method was improved based on the combination considering of the normalized value and sustainable value,and the practicability of the method was demonstrated by analytic method.Under the situations of peacetime and wartime with constraint condition for ensuring the probability,two kinds of inventory solving procedures,which based on the original and improved marginal effect methods were setup respectively,and the minimum required values of all guarantee factors were obtained.The scientificity and rationality of the improved method was verified by the comparison and analysis of the calculation results of the case study using the two methods.
