摘  要:为探究澳洲补血草和欧洲补血草种子和幼苗对盐胁迫的生理响应机制,本试验分别采用种子发芽试验和幼苗培养试验,设置不同浓度的NaCl处理,分析了NaCl胁迫对这两种补血草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。发芽试验的NaCl质量百分比浓度设计为0(CK1)、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%、1.5%,幼苗培养试验的NaCl质量百分比浓度设计为0(CK2)、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的提高,2种补血草种子的发芽势和发芽率下降,相对盐害率逐渐升高;澳洲补血草的发芽势、发芽率均高于欧洲补血草,相对盐害率低于欧洲补血草;澳洲补血草的胚根长和胚轴长先升高后降低,欧洲补血草的胚根长和胚轴长则逐渐降低。随着NaCl浓度的升高,2种补血草幼苗的叶片覆盖直径和叶片长度逐渐降低,地上部鲜重、叶片总叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、甜菜碱、总三萜类的含量先升高后降低,脯氨酸含量逐渐升高,总黄酮含量下降。综上所述,NaCl胁迫抑制2种补血草种子萌发和幼苗生长,澳洲补血草种子和幼苗的耐盐能力强于欧洲补血草。In order to explore the physiological response mechanism of the seeds and seedlings of Australian and European Limonium to salt stress, seed germination test and seedling culture test were conducted respectively under different concentrations of NaCl treatment. The effects of NaCl stress on seed germination and seedling growth of the two Limonium species were analyzed. The NaCl concentrations(mass percentage) for seed germination test were designed as 0(CK1), 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2% and 1.5%, while those for seedling culture test were designed as 0(CK2), 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5% and 3.0%. The results showed that, with the increase of NaCl concentration, the seed germination potential and germination rate of the two species of Limonium decreased, and the relative salt damage rate increased gradually. The germination potential and germination rate of Australian Limonium were higher compared with European Limonium, while the relative salt damage rate was lower. The radicle and hypocotyl lengthes of Australia Limonium increased first and then decreased, while those of European Limonium decreased gradually. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the leaf cover diameter and leaf length of seedlings of the two Limonium species were reduced gradually;the fresh weight of aboveground part, and the total chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar, betaine and total triterpenoids contents of leaves increased first and then decreased;the proline content increased gradually, and the total flavonoids content decreased. In conclusion, NaCl stress inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth of the two Limonium species, and the salt tolerance of seeds and seedlings of Australia Limonium was stronger than that of European Limonium.
