摘 要:为开发对番茄果实灰霉病有效的生防细菌,本试验对从山东寿光温室番茄根际土壤中分离的28株细菌进行了筛选,获得有显著拮抗作用的菌株SG-11,采用对峙培养法测定了其对番茄灰霉病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响,并采用16S rDNA和gyrB基因序列对菌株SG-11进行了分子生物学鉴定。结果表明,菌株SG-11对番茄灰霉病菌抑制率为79.81%,其上清滤液能有效抑制孢子萌发并导致菌丝畸形,且对10种常见植物病原菌有显著拮抗作用。经鉴定该菌株为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),其不同稀释倍数的滤液能显著降低番茄果实灰霉病的发病面积,稀释10倍的防效仍高于80%,表明该菌株具有良好的生防潜力。In order to develop effective biocontrol bacteria against Botrytis cinerea,28 strains of bacteria isolated from tomato rhizosphere soil in Shouguang greenhouses of Shandong Province were screened,and the strain SG-11 with significant antagonistic effect on Botrytis cinerea was obtained.The method of confrontation culture was used for testing the antagonistic effect of SG-11 on hyphal growth and spore germination of Botrytis cinerea,and it was identified by 16 S rDNA and gyrB gene sequences.The results showed that the inhibition rate of SG-11 to Botrytis cinerea was 79.81%,and its supernatant could effectively inhibit spore germination and cause hyphal deformity,and had significant antagonistic effect against 10 common plant pathogens.The strain was identified as Bacillus velezensis.Its filtrate with different dilution times could significantly reduce the incidence of Botrytis cinerea on tomato fruits.The control effect of 10 times of dilution was still higher than 80%,which indicated that the strain had good biocontrol potential.
