水杨酸处理对番茄褪绿病毒抗性影响的初步研究

摘　　要：本研究以番茄褪绿病毒病易感品种‘Moneymaker’为试验材料,共设置无菌水(W)、喷施水后接种病毒(W+ToCV)、喷施水杨酸(SA)及喷施水杨酸后接种病毒(SA+ToCV)4个处理,对各处理番茄植株病情指数、带毒量、抗氧化酶活性、抗逆应激相关基因表达量及光合参数等进行检测。结果表明,SA处理显著降低接种ToCV后番茄植株的病情指数和叶片中的带毒量,显著减轻番茄褪绿病毒的危害;各处理抗氧化系统相关酶SOD活性随接种时间的延长均呈先下降后上升的趋势,POD活性整体呈增加趋势,而CAT活性则逐渐降低。处理后14 d PRs基因被高度诱导,而ROS清除酶基因则在接种后7 d被诱导。另外,SA处理显著提高接种ToCV后番茄叶片叶绿素含量,但并未显著改善主要光合参数。In this study, the tomato variety ‘Moneymaker’ susceptible to tomato chlorosis virus(ToCV) was treated with four treatments including sterile water spraying(W), inoculating virus after sterile water spraying(W+ToCV), salicylic acid spraying(SA) and inoculating virus after salicylic acid spraying(SA+ToCV). The disease index, virus content, antioxidant enzymes activity, expression of stress-resistant genes and photosynthetic parameters of tomato plants were analyzed. The results indicated that SA treatment significantly reduced the disease index of tomato plants and the virus content in leaves after ToCV inoculation, and the damage of ToCV was significantly reduced. SOD activity in all treatments increased first and then decreased with the extension of inoculating time, POD activity showed an increasing trend as a whole, and CAT activity decreased gradually. The PRs genes were highly induced after inoculation for 14 days, while the ROS scavenger enzyme genes were highly induced after 7 days of inoculation. In addition, SA treatment significantly increased the chlorophyll content in tomato leaves after inoculation with ToCV, but did not obviously improve the main photosynthetic parameters.
