摘  要:渤海黑牛目前存栏量急剧下降,亟需对这一宝贵种质资源进行抢救性保护。本试验选用青年牛作为供体进行超数排卵处理,研究季节、促卵泡素(FSH)来源、饲粮成分对其超数排卵效果的影响,并将获得的可用胚胎利用冷冻载杆进行玻璃化冷冻保存。结果表明:(1)春季头均可用胚数、胚胎可用率显著高于冬季(P<0.05);(2)使用国产FSH渤海黑牛的超排有效率、头均胚胎数、头均可用胚数、胚胎可用率显著低于进口FSH(P<0.05);(3)含胚芽玉米组超排有效率、头均胚胎数、头均可用胚数、胚胎可用率均显著高于不含胚芽玉米组(P<0.05);(4)玻璃化冷冻保存85枚胚胎,胚胎冷冻可用率为82.52%,杆均胚胎数为2.30枚。本试验为渤海黑牛体内胚胎生产及种质资源保存提供了一定的参考。The current stock of Bohai Black Cattle has dropped sharply, and it is urgent to rescue and protect the precious germplasm resource. In the experiment, young cattle were selected as donors for superovulation treatment, and the effects of season, source of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and dietary components on superovulation were studied, and then the obtained available embryos were vitrified and cryopreserved using a frozen carrier rod. The results were as follows.(1) The number of available embryos per donor and the availability rate of embryos in spring were significantly higher than those in winter(P<0.05).(2) The superovulation efficiency, the number of total embryos, the number of available embryos per donor and the availability rate of embryos using domestic FSH were significantly lower than those using imported FSH(P<0.05).(3) The superovulation efficiency, the average number of embryos and the number of available embryos per donor and the availability rate of embryos in maize group with germ were significantly higher than those in maize group without germ(P<0.05).(4) If 85 embryos were cryopreserved by vitrification, the embryo freezing availability rate was 82.52%, and the average number of embryos per straw was 2.30. These results would provide a certain reference for embryo in vivo production and germplasm resources preservation of Bohai Black Cattle.
