摘  要:为推进纺织印染行业生产线的数字化与智能化,验证并优化筒子纱自动染色生产线物流调度系统,提高生产效率,文中开展了基于OPC UA通讯技术的筒子纱染色生产线物流调度仿真分析研究,通过构建生产线数学模型,基于OPC UA通讯调用实际生产线多源异构生产过程数据对虚拟数字模型进行物流仿真,并以某企业筒子纱染色生产线为例进行了验证分析。验证结果表明,该方法可有效优化产线布局,为产线合理布局提供了有利支撑。In order to promote the digitization and intelligence of the textile production line,verify and optimize the logistics scheduling system of the automatic cheese dyeing production line,a logistics scheduling simulation framework for the cheese dyeing production line based on OPC UA communication technology is proposed to improve the production efficiency.After the digital model of the production line is constructed,and multi-source heterogeneous data are introduced to the simulation software through OPC UA,the real-world logistics scheduling system is used to simulate the logistical digital model in the virtual world,which makes the simulation more reasonable and efficient.Taking a cheese dyeing production line of an enterprise as an example,the validity and feasibility of the proposed method are verified.The research results show that the method can effectively optimize the layout planning of the cheese dyeing production line,so as to provide strong support for improving the production line capacity and optimizing the scheduling system.
