摘　　要：目的编制肠造口患者居家管理自评量表并进行信效度检验。方法基于Orem自我护理理论,通过文献分析、半结构式访谈,初步构建条目池;通过专家函询形成测试版量表;通过预测试对量表条目、语言表达进行调整,形成初始量表;便利选取221例肠造口患者进行量表的信效度检验。结果肠造口患者居家管理自评量表包含3个维度,共40个条目。全体一致量表水平内容效度指数0.974,Cronbach’sα系数为0.962,总折半信度为0.902,重测信度为0.932。结论肠造口患者居家管理自评量表信效度较高,可用于评估居家肠造口患者自我管理水平。Objective To develop a self-rating home management scale for patients with enterostomy and test its reliability and validity.Method Construct the item pool by literature analysis and semi-structure interview based on Orem self-care theory.Form the test version of the scale by expert consultation.Form the preliminary version of the scale by adjusting the items and expressions through pretest.Choose 221 cases of patients with enterostomy by convenient sampling to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Result The self-rating home management scale for patients with enterostomy contains 3 dimensions and 40 items.The scale-level content validity index/universal agreement is 0.974.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient is 0.962.The total split half reliability is 0.902.The test-retest reliability is 0.932.Conclusion The reliability and validity of self-rating home management scale for patients with enterostomy is high,which can be used to evaluate the self-management level of patients with enterostomy.
