摘 要:为掌握厦门关区口岸区域鼠形动物的种群构成及其携带体表寄生虫和病原体情况,为厦门关区口岸鼠形动物防治及鼠传疾病防控提供科学依据,2018-2021年在口岸及周边400 m范围内,采用鼠笼法和鼠夹法对鼠形动物进行监测并采集鼠形动物体表寄生虫,检测重要病原体,每年2、5、8、11月各监测1次。结果显示,共捕获鼠形动物961只,优势种为臭鼩鼱(56.19%),其次为褐家鼠(18.11%);17只鼠形动物检出汉坦病毒阳性,阳性检出率为1.77%,未检测到鼠疫耶尔森菌、伯氏疏螺旋体、致病性钩端螺旋体、恙虫病东方体等4种病原体。结果表明,厦门关区口岸鼠密度低于行业标准要求,但监测到的部分鼠形动物可传播肾综合征征血热,应加强口岸鼠形动物的监测和防控工作。To master the population composition,parasites and pathogens carried by rodents in Xiamen customs port area,and provide scientific basis for the control of rodent-borne diseases,the rodents and normal pathogens were investigated and detected.The mousetraps and cages were used to sample rodents in February,May,August and November 2018-2021,in the areas within 400 meters around the port.A total of 961 rodents were captured,the dominant species was Suncus murinus(56.19%),followed by Rattus norvegicus(18.11%).17 rodents were identified to be positive for Hantavirus,but Yersinia pestis,Borrelia burgdorferi,pathogenic Leptospira and Orientia tsutsugamushi were detected negative.Surveillance results showed the rodents density in Xiamen Port areas being beyond the limiting of national standard,some species of rodents captured were reservior of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)disease.It should be strengthen the surveillance and control of rodents at port areas.
