摘  要:为探索高硫铝土矿悬浮态焙烧脱硫最佳工艺参数,采用自主开发的悬浮态焙烧炉,对总硫质量分数大于0.7%的高硫铝土矿进行焙烧试验,研究了焙烧时间、温度双因素对铝土矿焙烧中负二价硫、硫酸盐、全硫及产品中氧化铝等组分含量的影响。结果表明,在温度为550~650℃,焙烧时间为0.89~1.6 s时,随着温度升高或焙烧时间延长,物料中负二价硫和总硫降低,氧化铝和硫酸盐型硫含量呈增大趋势;当焙烧温度在550~650℃范围时,可获得负二价硫质量分数低于0.2%、氧化铝质量分数高于62%的产品,满足工业生产的要求,即最适宜的悬浮态脱硫条件为焙烧温度550℃,焙烧时间1.14 s。To explore the best process parameters of high-sulfur bauxite suspension roasting and desulfurization,a self-developed suspension roaster was used to conduct roasting tests on high-sulfur bauxite with a sulfur content of more than 0.7%,and the effects of roasting time and temperature on the negative divalent sulfur,sulfate,total sulfur,and alumina in the product during bauxite roasting were studied.The research results show that when the temperature range is 550-650℃and the roasting time is 0.89-1.6 s,with the increase of temperature or the extension of roasting time,the negative divalent sulfur and total sulfur in the material show a decreasing trend,and the content of alumina and sulfur in sulfate show an increasing trend.When the temperature is higher than 550℃and the time is longer than 1.14 s,products with a negative divalent sulfur content of less than 0.2%and an alumina content of more than 62%can be obtained,which can meet the requirements of industrial production for raw materials,the most suitable suspension desulfurization conditions are calcination temperature of 550℃,calcination time of 1.14 s.
