摘  要:为实现商混站强碱性废泥的资源化利用,以实验室模拟废泥为对象,探究矿物掺和料调质对废泥抗压强度的影响规律及机理,并通过比强度法对不同矿物掺和料的火山灰效应进行评价。结果表明,随着掺和料掺入量的增加,调质废泥的抗压强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势。相较粉煤灰和偏高岭土,掺入矿粉后的调质废泥固结产物7 d抗压强度最高;掺入偏高岭土的调质废泥固结产物14 d、28 d抗压强度最高;养护龄期为28 d时,偏高岭土的火山灰强度贡献率最大。To utilize the strong alkaline waste mud in commercial concrete mixing plants,the influence of mineral admixtures content on the strength of consolidation product were studied by strong alkaline waste mud of commercial concrete mixing plants simulated in laboratory.And the pozzolanic effect of mineral admixtures was evaluated by specific strength method.The results show that the compressive strength of the consolidated product first increases and then decreases with the increase of admixture.The consolidated product with blast furnace slag has the highest 7 d compressive strength,compared with fly ash and metakaolin.The compressive strength of consolidated product mixed with metakaolin at 14 d and 28 d reaches the maximum.The pozzolanic strength contribution rate of metakaolin is the largest at 28 d curing period.
