摘 要:采用改进Hummers法制备的氧化石墨烯(GO)为原料,利用水热法制备石墨烯/镍钴类水滑石复合材料(RGO/NiCoLDHs)。分别采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)仪和原位红外光谱(IR)仪对复合材料内部结构、形貌特征进行表征分析,并利用电化学工作站对样品的电化学性能(包括交流阻抗、循环伏安、计时电位)进行测试研究。结果表明,NiCoLDHs呈花簇状,均匀分散在石墨烯表面,复合材料整体呈疏松的片层交错结构。镍钴比为3∶1的RGO/NiCoLDHs电化学性能最好,在0.5 A/g的电流密度下,其比电容高达39 F/g。Graphene/nickel-cobalt hydrotalcite(RGO/NiCoLDHs)nanocomposites were fabricated by a hydrothermal method using GO prepared by the modified Hummers method as raw materials.The crystal structure and micromorphology of the composites were studied by scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer and in-situ infrared spectroscopy.The electrochemical properties of RGO/NiCoLDHs nanocomposites were investigated by cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results show that NicoLDHs are flower clusters and evenly dispersed on the surface of graphene,and the composite is in a loose interlaced structure.The RGO/NiCoLDHs show the best electrochemical performance with the nickel cobalt ratio of 3∶1.At the current density of 0.5 A/g,the specific capacitance is 39 F/g.
