摘 要:采用矿渣、钢渣、锰渣、粉煤灰为原料,通过优化设计制备超细混凝土掺和料,研究了粉磨细度和原料配比对掺和料流动性和不同龄期活性的影响,通过微观测试分析了超细粉体颗粒级配和形貌及胶砂不同龄期水化微观结构特征。结果表明,超细粉磨可明显激发水淬锰渣活性,对钢渣的活性激发作用较弱,粉煤灰超细粉可明显改善胶砂流动度,超细粉磨对固废颗粒有明显的打磨作用,使大部分颗粒形貌趋向圆滑,钢渣掺量对多元复合超细掺和料活性影响较大,采用50%矿渣、15%~22.5%钢渣、20%~30%锰渣、5~10%粉煤灰原灰,通过超细粉磨至比表面积700 m^(2)/kg左右,可制备出性能达到S95级矿粉要求的多元超细复合掺和料,具有较大的发展前景。The ultra-fine concrete admixtures were prepared through optimized design by using slag,steel slag,manganese slag and fly ash as raw materias,the fluidity and activity of ultra-fine concrete admixtures were studied under different fineness and raw materials ratio.The particle size distribution and morphology of ultra-fine concrete admixtures,and the hydration microstructure of mortar were studied by microscopic testing.The results show that the activity of manganese slag is obviously improved when it is ground into a fine powder,the activity of steel slag is not obviously increased when it is ground into a fine powder,the fluidity of mortar can be obviously improved by adding ultra-fine fly ash,the morphology of most solid waste particles will become smooth under the action of ultra-fine grinding,the content of steel slag has a great influence on the activity of ultrafine concrete admixture.The ultra-fine admixture with the performance of S95 slag powder can be prepared when the admixtures are ground to a specific surface area of about 700 m^(2)/kg,by using 50%slag,15%-22.5%steel slag,20%-30%manganese slag and 5%-10%fly ash,which has a great prospect of development.
