摘  要:基于无溶剂法合成沸石材料的绿色环保优势,以稻壳灰(RHA)为原料,替代化学试剂,采用无溶剂法合成钙霞石材料。稻壳灰经550℃焙烧除炭后,在晶化温度为100℃,Na_(2)CO_(3)·10H_(2)O与SiO_(2)摩尔比为0.4,晶化48 h条件下,合成了高结晶度的钙霞石吸附材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与材料孔性质检测分析(BET)仪等对产物的形态和结构进行测试。通过废水Hg^(2+)吸附分离试验研究合成的钙霞石的吸附性能。结果表明,当吸附剂用量为300 mg时,钙霞石对50 mL 10 mg/L汞废水中汞的去除率达到61.98%,较原料稻壳灰增加2.43倍。Based on the environmental advantages of the solvent-free method synthesizing zeolite materials,using rice husk ash(RHA)instead of chemically pure reagents as raw materials to synthesize cancrinite by a solvent-free method.Cancrinite with high crystallinity was prepared by roasting RHA at 550℃to remove carbon,when the crystallizing temperature was 100℃,the mole ratio of Na_(2)CO_(3)·10H_(2)O and SiO_(2) was 0.4,and the synthesis time was 48 h,the morphology and structure of the products were tested by characterization means such as X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transforms infrared spectrometer(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Brunner-Emmet-Teller measurements(BET).The adsorption properties of the as-prepared cancrinite are investigated by removing Hg^(2+) from wastewater.The experimental results show that when the amount of adsorbent is 300 mg,the removal rate of Hg^(2+) from 50 mL 10 mg/L wastewater by cancrinite reaches 61.98%,which is 2.43 times higher compared with the raw RHA.
