摘 要:以石英尾矿为主要原料,粉煤灰为校正组分,制备高强陶粒,考察石英尾矿掺量及煅烧制度对陶粒表观密度、吸水率、颗粒强度的影响,并对烧成产物进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析。结果表明,随着石英尾矿掺量增加,陶粒表观密度与颗粒强度增大,吸水率整体呈下降趋势。当掺量为45%时,陶粒强度为719.0 N;继续增加掺量,各参数变化不明显;正交试验结果表明,煅烧温度对陶粒的表观密度、吸水率与颗粒强度影响最大;在预热温度为450℃,预热时间为20 min,煅烧温度为1150℃,煅烧时间为30 min,升温速率为10℃/min条件下,可制得堆密度为890 kg/m^(3),吸水率为10.5%,筒压强度为6.5 MPa的900级高强轻粗集料。To provide a scientific basis for the resource utilization of quartz tailings,the quartz tailings and fly ash were used as the main raw materials to prepare a high-strength ceramsite.The influence of dosage of quartz tailings and roasting system on the apparent density of ceramsite,water absorption and particle strength were investigated in the experiment,and the products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the apparent density and particle strength of ceramsite become larger and the water absorption rate decreases with the increasing dosage of quartz tailings.When the dosage of quartz tailings is 45%,the particle strength is 719.0 N.The changes in the parameters will not be obvious with the increase of the dosage of quartz tailings.The results of the orthogonal test show that the calcination temperature has the greatest influence on the apparent density,water absorption rate and particle strength of ceramsite.Under the conditions of preheating temperature of 450℃,preheating time of 20 min,sintering temperature of 1150℃,sintering time of 30 min,the 900-grade high strength light aggregate with a bulk density of 890 kg/m^(3),water absorption rate of 10.5%,and cylinder pressure strength of 6.5 MPa can be prepared.
