摘 要:磷石膏的无害化处理及资源化利用对环境保护、促进磷化工企业可持续健康发展具有重要意义。本试验采用先反浮选脱除有机杂质及微细矿泥,再进行正浮选脱硅达到磷石膏的无害化处理。通过单因素试验确定反浮选流程的工艺参数,在矿浆pH值为1.5,乳化剂OP-10用量为0.24 kg/t的条件下进行反、正浮选联用闭路试验,石膏精矿白度达到55%以上,纯度达到95%以上,石膏精矿纯度符合GB/T 23456-2018《磷石膏》一级品。通过反、正浮选,磷石膏中的水溶性P_(2)O_(5)和水溶性F-有效脱除,为磷石膏资源化利用前期预处理提供了可行方案。The harmless treatment and resource utilization of phosphogypsum has important implications for environmental protection and promoting sustainable and healthy development of phosphorus chemical enterprises.In this experiment,the organic matter and fine slime in the phosphogypum were removed by reverse flotation,and then positive flotation was used to desilicon to achieve the harmless treatment of phosphogypsum.The technological parameters of reverse flotation process were determined by single factor experiment.Under the conditions of pulp pH of 1.5 and emulsifier OP-10 dosage of 0.24 kg/t,the closed-circuit experiment of reverse and positive flotation was carried out.The whiteness of gypsum concentrate and purity of CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O reached more than 55%and 95%,respectively.The purity of gypsum concentrate conforms to the requirements of GB/T 23456-2018"Phosphogypsum"first-grade product.Through reverse and positive flotation,the water-soluble P_(2)O_(5) and F-fluorine in phosphogypsum were also effectively removed,which provides an feasible scheme for pretreatment of phosphogypsum in the early stage of resource utilization.
