摘 要:贵州某重晶石重选粗精矿BaSO_(4)质量分数为78.35%,未达到重晶石利用标准。为使该矿得到有效利用,开展了精选提质试验研究。结果表明,以YSL作浮选捕收剂,采用“一粗六精-中矿再选”试验流程,得到BaSO_(4)质量分数为92.32%的综合精矿,总回收率为89.69%,可为同类型矿的开发利用提供参考。The grade of BaSO_(4) in a barite gravity concentrate from Guizhou is 78.35%,which does not meet the barite utilization standard.In order to make effective use of the mine,the experimental study of quality improvement was carried out.The results show that a comprehensive concentrate with BaSO_(4) grade of 92.32%and a total recovery of 89.69%can be obtained by using YSL as flotation collector and the test process of"one time of roughing-six times of cleaning-middlings reconcentration",which can provide reference for the development and utilization of the same type of ore.
