摘  要:云南鹤庆某铝土矿Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数为62.15%,Fe质量分数为9.42%,属于低铝高铁难处理铝土矿。该铝土矿中Fe在赤铁矿、褐铁矿中分布率为97.31%,可采用脉动高梯度磁选方法分选。采用“一粗二精”的高梯度磁选除铁提铝工艺,可获得Al_(2)O_(3)品位为73.88%,Fe品位为1.15%,Al_(2)O_(3)回收率为50.01%的铝精矿;同时得到Al_(2)O_(3)品位为53.90%,Fe品位为15.50%,Fe回收率为94.83%的铁精矿。铝精矿含铁量满足耐火材料Fe质量分数小于等于1.2%的要求,铁精矿可作为水泥原料,通过高梯度磁选对该铝土矿提铝脱铁,实现了该高铁铝土矿资源综合利用。A bauxite ore from Heqing,in Yunnan contains 62.15%Al_(2)O_(3) and 9.42%Fe,belonging to low aluminum and high iron bauxite,which is difficult to seperate.For 97.31%Fe distribution in hematite and limonite,the pulsating high-gradient magnetic separation method was adopted using the high gradient iron removal process of"one time of roughing and two times of deaning",We can obtain aluminum concentrate with Al_(2)O_(3) grade of 73.88%,Fe grade of 1.15%,and Al_(2)O_(3) recovery of 50.01%,iron concentrate with Al_(2)O_(3) grade of 53.90%,Fe grade of 15.50%,and Fe recovery of 94.83%.The iron content of the bauxite concentrate meets the requirement of refractory materials(w_(Fe)≤1.2%),and the iron concentrate can be used as raw material for cement.The high gradient magnetic separation can be used to extract aluminum and remove iron from the bauxite,which can realize the comprehensive utilization of the high iron bauxite resources.
