摘  要:以煤矸石和石棉尾矿为主要原料,不添加造孔剂,利用直接烧结法制备多孔微晶玻璃,探究不同热处理条件对微晶玻璃结构与性能的影响,并进行烧结动力学分析。结果表明,烧结温度在1100~1180℃范围时,烧结样品的晶相主要为堇青石、莫来石、铁尖晶石和石英。随烧结温度的增加,烧结样品体积密度整体呈减小趋势,孔隙率增大。在1180℃下烧结60 min,多孔微晶玻璃吸水率为1.23%,体积密度为1.48 g/m^(3),烧结活化能为165.01 kJ/mol,满足GB/T 4100-2015中I b类低吸水率炻质砖的标准。In this paper,without adding the pore-forming agent,porous microcrystalline glass was prepared by direct sintering method with coal gangue and asbestos tailings as the main raw materials.The effects of different heat treatment conditions on the structure and properties of microcrystalline glass were investigated and the sintering kinetics was analyzed.The results showed that the main crystalline phases of the microcrystalline glass were cordierite,iron spinel and mullite from 1100℃to 1180℃.With the increase of sintering temperature,the volumetric density of sintered samples showed a downward trend and the porosity was on the rise.Sintering at 1180℃for 60 min,the water absorption of porous glass-ceramics was 1.23%,the bulk density was 1.48 g/m^(3),and the sintering activation energy was 165.01 kJ/mol,which met the Class I b standard of low water uptake stoneware bricks in GB/T 4100-2015.
