摘  要:为了实现桥梁缆索在线生产过程中聚乙烯表面直径无接触测量,采用Halcon机器视觉算法库与C#语言联合编程,开发了一款缆索聚乙烯表面直径在线测量系统。首先通过相机获取缆索表面图像,对图像进行滤波处理,其次利用Roberts算子准确地找到缆索聚乙烯表面边缘,然后将边缘进行十等分,最后通过加权最小二乘法对十等分的边缘按照顺序进行直线拟合,由此计算出缆索的直径。实验结果表明,该系统的检测精度为+0.02 mm,单张图片的检测时间为215 ms,检测精度较高,实现了缆索聚乙烯表面直径的无接触测量。In order to realize the non-contact measurement of polyethylene surface diameter in the online production process of bridge cables,the Halcon machine vision algorithm library and C#language are used for joint programming to develop an online measurement system for the diameter of the polyethylene surface of the cable.Firstly,the cable surface image is obtained by the camera,and the image is filtered.Secondly,the Roberts operator is used to accurately find the edge of the cable polyethylene surface,and then the edge is divided into ten equal parts.A straight line fit is performed,from which the diameter of the cable is calculated.The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the system is+0.02 mm,the detection time of a single image is 215 ms,the detection accuracy is high,and the non-contact measurement of the surface diameter of the cable polyethylene is realized.
